New trades for the Velocity Report portfolio.

I am selling two stocks out of the portfolio and adding two new ones. You should also get an email today with some of my reasoning, and I will go into detail about the trades in the monthly newsletter out next week:

SELL

VICI Properties (VICI)
Fidelity National Finance (FNF)

BUY

Blue Owl Capital (OWL)
Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (ADM)

Use the sale proceeds amounts to buy the new stocks. We will have a rebalancing at the end of September.

I am making a stock change in the Velocity Report portfolio.

We are selling AFG and replacing it with Valero Energy (VLO).

There will be a detailed discussion of the changes in the Velocity Report newsletter, which will be published next week.
