New Residential Increases Dividend by 18%
The Dividend Hunter portfolio recommended stock New Residential Investment (NYSE:NRZ) announced at the end of last week that the second quarter dividend will be $0.45 per share, an 18% increase over the first quarter divvy. The ex-dividend date is May 21st.
NRZ has increased its dividend by 28% since it was added to The Dividend Hunter recommendations in August 2014. Yet, based on Friday’s closing price, the stock still yields 9%. It remains a Buy or Accumulate on my list.
