Buy Extra Space Storage Before Wednesday’s Earnings Report

In the next issue of 30 Day Dividends I will discuss in detail the trade opportunity around the pending dividend announcement from Extra Space Storage Inc. (NYSE:EXR). While the new dividend rate will not come out until about the 20th of May, Extra Space will release its 2015 first quarter earnings after the market closes on Wednesday, April 29.

I am not sure which will trigger the share price increase I expect, so I am sending this email now to recommend opening a position in EXR before the market closes on Wednesday. The share price closed yesterday, at $66.79. For tracking purposes I will use the Tuesday, April 28 closing price as the entry price for the trade.

I will provide a detailed reasoning for the trade in May’s issue of 30 Day Dividends, which should hit your email box in a couple of days.

Recommendation: Buy EXR before the market closes on Wednesday, April 29.
