Trade Close: Communications Sales & Leasing Inc

Today, January 5, I am recommending the closing of the current open 30 Day Dividends position in Communications Sales & Leasing Inc (NASDAQ: CSAL).

The position was opened on October 1, 2015, so has been open for 96 days. CSAL went ex-dividend on December 29, so the $0.60 dividend will be included in the gain. Total return for the period will be about 15% or 57% when annualized.

Recommendation: Close any open positions in CSAL to lock in profits.
