30 Day Dividends Positions Close: Colony Starwood Homes
There are two open trade positions for Colony Starwood Homes (NYSE:SFR) in the 30 Day Dividends positions list. The first was established July 15, 2015 and then I also included the stock as one of my three special trades to start the New Year on January 7, 2016.
The SFR share price has hit the target set in January, which gives us about a 22% gain in five months. The older position is also profitable, up about 11%, so I am closing both open positions to lock in the profits.
Recommendation: sell all shares in SFR to lock in your gains.
I will use today’s (May 27, 2016) closing price to calculate the raw and annualized total returns.
